Yes. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
English and Spanish. AiNiTiC (ainitic.com) defaults to English; GastosFlowAI by AiNiTiC (gastosflowai.com) defaults to Spanish. You can switch languages on either domain.
GPS location is only used when you explicitly start a GPS mileage tracking session. We do not track location in the background.
Yes. You can export reports as PDF, Excel, and CSV depending on your plan.
Paid plans include a monthly AI Credit allowance — Pro includes 50 and Business includes 200. AI Credits reset on your subscription billing anniversary (your renewal date), not the 1st of the month. Standard AI operations like AiNiTiC chat, receipt OCR, AI insights, and AI summaries cost 1 AI Credit each. Advanced operations may cost 2 AI Credits only when they use a premium model or make multiple AI calls. Quick AiNiTiC commands that create records directly (without calling the AI model) and all manual features cost 0 AI Credits.
Data is encrypted in transit, authentication uses Google OAuth 2.0, and payments are processed by a third-party provider without storing full card details. See our Security page.
