These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of:

• GastosFlow AI (https://gastosflowai.com)

Both platforms are owned and operated by TechSage Innovations.

All references to "AiNiTiC", "GastosFlow AI", "the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our" refer to services provided by TechSage Innovations. By accessing or using either platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

a) Free Trial:

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will notify you before your trial expires.

b) Paid Plans:

All paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

c) Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

d) Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data without our prior written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, design, trademarks, and logos ("Platform IP"), is owned by TechSage Innovations and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform IP, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided herein.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload to or create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes artificial intelligence ("AI") features such as receipt scanning, the AI Assistant, and automated data extraction. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs
• AI features are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
• Usage may be subject to fair-use limits based on your subscription plan

7. Mileage & Tax Disclaimer

The Service provides mileage tracking, expense categorization, and tax deduction calculations for informational and organizational purposes only. We are not tax professionals, accountants, or legal advisors. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records and compliance with applicable tax laws. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your specific tax situation.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, AI providers, cloud storage). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHSAGE INNOVATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechSage Innovations and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our websites and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechSage Innovations regarding the Service
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control
