Both platforms are owned and operated by TechSage Innovations.

All references to "AiNiTiC", "GastosFlow AI", "the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our" refer to services provided by TechSage Innovations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications and web platforms. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

a) Google Sign-In & Account Information:

• Your name and email address (collected via Google Sign-In during account creation)
• Google account profile information you choose to share
• Account preferences and settings

b) Expense & Mileage Data:

• Expense records including amounts, dates, categories, payment methods, and notes
• Mileage trip data including start/end locations, distances, dates, and purposes
• GPS/location data (only when you explicitly start a GPS mileage tracking session)
• Tax deduction classifications and related financial data

c) Property & Job Data:

• Property information including addresses, rental income, tenant details, and financial records
• Job information including client names, addresses, budgets, revenue, and job status
• Vehicle information for mileage tracking purposes

d) Receipt Uploads:

• Receipt images and documents you upload for expense tracking and AI scanning
• Data extracted from uploaded receipts via AI processing

e) Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage analytics events (such as which features you use and page interactions) to improve the Service — collected through our platform analytics
• Operational and error logs generated by our hosting platform (Base44) for stability, security, and troubleshooting — these may include information such as IP address, device type, browser, and timestamps at the infrastructure level, which is outside AiNiTiC's direct application control

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To process your subscription and payments
• To generate expense reports, mileage logs, and tax-ready summaries
• To power AI features such as receipt scanning and the AI Assistant
• To send trial expiration reminders and account-related emails (with your consent)
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. GPS & Location Data

GPS location data is only collected when you explicitly start a GPS mileage tracking session. We do not track your location in the background or without your active consent. Location data is used solely to calculate trip mileage and is stored on your account. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.

4. Receipt Uploads & AI Processing

When you upload a receipt image, it is stored securely by our hosting platform (Base44) and associated with your account. When you use the AI Scan feature, the receipt image is sent to a third-party AI provider (via Base44's AI integration) to extract data such as vendor, amount, date, and category. The extracted data is stored on your expense record. Processing of your receipt by the AI provider is necessary to provide the scanning feature you requested. You may remove a receipt from your AiNiTiC account by deleting the associated expense. When your account is deleted, AiNiTiC application records and references associated with receipt files are removed from your account. Underlying uploaded file objects may remain subject to the hosting platform's storage, backup, retention, or cleanup processes. See Account and Data Deletion below for more information.

5. Google Sign-In Authentication

We use Google Sign-In as our authentication provider. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile information. We do not access your Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service data unless you explicitly authorize such access through a separate consent process.

Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. You can review and manage your connected apps at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

6. Payment & Subscription Information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). The payment provider collects and processes your payment card details and billing information directly — AiNiTiC does not receive or store full card numbers, CVVs, or full billing addresses. AiNiTiC receives and stores subscription records, including your plan, subscription status, billing period dates, transaction identifiers, and purchase history, for account management and to provide the features you paid for.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information for advertising. We do share or transfer your data with service providers and processors that operate AiNiTiC on our behalf, only as necessary to provide the features you request:

• Service Providers / Processors: Our hosting and database platform (Base44), our authentication provider (Google Sign-In), our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix), and AI providers (accessed via Base44's AI integration) receive data necessary to operate the specific feature you use (for example, a receipt image is sent to the AI provider only when you use AI Scan, and payment details are sent to the payment provider only when you check out)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred with prior notice
• Safety and Fraud Prevention: We may retain and use information to protect the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transmission
• Secure cloud storage with access controls
• Authentication via Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol
• Security monitoring and access controls designed to protect account and application data

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique Google password and keep your account credentials confidential.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud and security abuse. We do not commit to a specific fixed deletion timeframe, and we have not adopted a blanket multi-year retention period for financial records. If certain records must be retained after account deletion to comply with a legal, security, or operational obligation, we retain only what is necessary for that purpose and anonymize direct identifiers where possible (see Account and Data Deletion below).

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time
• Data portability — request an export of your data

11. Children's Privacy

AiNiTiC is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

12. Email Communications

We will only send you marketing or reminder emails if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw your consent at any time by toggling off "Email Notifications" in your app Settings, or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails (e.g., payment receipts, security alerts) may still be sent as they are necessary for account management.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services such as Google for authentication, payment processors for billing, and AI providers for receipt scanning and assistant features. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email (if you have consented to receive emails). Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
