a) Google Sign-In & Account Information:

• Your name and email address (collected via Google Sign-In during account creation)

b) Expense & Mileage Data:

• Expense records including amounts, dates, categories, payment methods, and notes
• Mileage trip data including start/end locations, distances, dates, and purposes
• GPS/location data (only when you explicitly start a GPS mileage tracking session)
• Tax deduction classifications and related financial data

c) Property & Job Data:

• Property information including addresses, rental income, tenant details, and financial records
• Job information including client names, addresses, budgets, revenue, and job status
• Vehicle information for mileage tracking purposes

d) Receipt Uploads:

• Receipt images and documents you upload for expense tracking and AI scanning
• Data extracted from uploaded receipts via AI processing

e) Information Collected Automatically:

• Device type, operating system, browser type, and app version
• Usage patterns, feature interactions, and page views
• Log data and error reports for app stability and troubleshooting

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To process your subscription and payments
• To generate expense reports, mileage logs, and tax-ready summaries
• To power AI features such as receipt scanning and the AI Assistant
• To send trial expiration reminders and account-related emails (with your consent)
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. GPS & Location Data

GPS location data is only collected when you explicitly start a GPS mileage tracking session. We do not track your location in the background or without your active consent. Location data is used solely to calculate trip mileage and is stored on your account. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.

4. Receipt Uploads & AI Processing

When you upload receipt images, they are transmitted securely to our servers and processed using AI to extract relevant data (vendor, amount, date, category). The extracted data is stored and associated with your account. Receipt images are retained for your reference and may be deleted upon your request or account deletion.

5. Google Sign-In Authentication

We use Google Sign-In as our authentication provider. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile information. We do not access your Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service data unless you explicitly authorize such access through a separate consent process.

Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. You can review and manage your connected apps at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

6. Payment & Subscription Information

Payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses) is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We retain subscription status, plan type, and transaction history for account management purposes.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting, AI providers) — bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

You may withdraw your consent at any time by toggling off "Email Notifications" in your app Settings, or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails (e.g., payment receipts, security alerts) may still be sent as they are necessary for account management.

Our Platform integrates with third-party services such as Google for authentication, payment processors for billing, and AI providers for receipt scanning and assistant features. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
